Bernie Pisarchick



Bernie Pisarchick, Lodin's Gems & Minerals founder and owner, graduated from Penn State University with a B.S. degree in Geology. He served as a Captain in the U.S. Air Force. He worked for years as a Geologist. He has been trained by several people, including Alan Revere, to make jewelry. Bernie has been making jewelry for over 7 years. He also has been doing Medieval re-enactments and making maille armor for over 15 years. He is currently working on his Graduate Gemologist degree from the Gemological Institute of America. He also does 30-some jewelry and rock & mineral shows around the country. His store, Lodin's Gems & Minerals is located in Brockway, PA. He searches the world for the finest cut gemstones, cabochons, minerals, fossils and meteorites for the discriminating collector at an affordable price.

Rosita Pisarchick



Rosita Pisarchick is a partner in Lodin's Gems & Minerals. She is certified by the Gemological Intitute of America (G.I.A.) in Pearl Grading and all manners and techniques of pearl and bead stringing. She has developed this knowledge to integrate it with other jewelry techniques and she likes adding pearls to various mediums. She choses her class projects selectively. Color, fashion and good taste dictate her choices so the finished product will always be a piece you will be proud to wear and show to your friends.
